I really need to make myself a schedule where I plan at least a blog entry per week. So keeping to my word I’d like to tell everyone my weekend in Budapest. It was a blast… We left from home rather late at around 2PM local and arrived in the middle of the night in Budapest… But it was totally worth it. After getting some sleep the next day, which was the very reason we went, we started off with a little pre-party at our friends house where we were staying. And keeping true to my Skype heritage I proposed to mix millimallikas for everyone. It was a major hit and the party rocked on afterwards.
That is a photo of the beverage being mixed by my little Angel (as I was taking the photo
)
The whole weekend was one of the best, as we went to the amusement park where we tried out almost everything that we considered to be safe to try out. Plus a nice walk on the river bed of the Danube. While walking back we passed the Parliament building where to our great surprise everything was covered in black and the flag was lowered, in honor of the late Polish president Lech Kaczynski who died in a terrible accident. Hungary decided that April the 17th will be a day of mourning in his memory. This act really showed the solidarity of a country towards another one, but as one nation to the other. But most importantly as people to people.
I’ll be back with a new post next week right after the Saint George days are over, hopefully I can catch some great shots during

Very quickly I would like to announce my newest project is live. So head on over to http://forum.skype.com and check it out. I know it still has bugs and I am working on it.
So in a nutshell, it’s a remake of my old work, the forum skin but on a new forum engine bringing new features and tools for us internally too but also for the everyday user. Hopefully with this release I will be able to achieve an old desire dream of turning it into a real community where users can share their stories and experience with everyone.
So why not stop by our Coffee Corner and share your story?
I’ll be back later on with a longer story.
Greetings from Tallinn

March 25th, 2010
I promised myself that I will try to blog more often and share my life and the events in my life. Thus I think I will reflect a little on the past 2 weeks and what it has really brought me, besides what I’ve written already in my previous post. So like a little checklist I will enumerate what has happened oh and will happen:
- My apartment is now vacant.
– party, party, party… well not yet because there is a huge amount of work needed to be done before I move in. We are going to tear down some walls, change the windows, put new tiles, take the tub out and put in a cool shower
but these are only the first steps. It’s important to note that this is a one bedroom apartment but the room is huge compared to others most notably compared to the one bedroom apartment I was renting in Bucharest it’s like a mansion. I will post some photos soon pre-work on my Picasa
- I’m going to Tallinn for a whole week. – Yup, yup
I’ll be spending Easter in Estonia; I’ll be there from the 3rd of April until the 10th giving me (us) plenty of time to relax but also do some really important work. Hopefully in about 2 blog posts (if I manage to keep my schedule in tune, I’ll be blogging again next week about something
) aka somewhere between the 5th and 9th, I’ll be announcing my latest project which took my almost a year to complete, but it’s done, finished, locked in stone and set to be launched. *Shrug* only if it were that easy
- Did I also mention that I’ll be travelling for almost a whole month??? I’ll be in Budapest one week after Tallinn, just for the fun of it. We are going with my girlfriend to visit some friends, just because we can.
And after Budapest, we are planning a trip to London somewhere in the end of May, but that’s still a bit shacky due to the “thing I can’t talk about”.
- I really like how my brain is jumping through time from past to present and to future then again somewhere. I was thinking of the London trip and what to write about it and the thing that popped into my head was this weekend… bizarre; well in short: it was the best weekend I could’ve spent with my girlfriend. And I’ll leave this thought at that
– did I mention Avatar is boring??? I managed to fall asleep 3 times during the first 30 minutes of it.
Ok, ok I’m going to stop the reflection because right now I’m feeling like schizofrenic who is talking to himself and just venting his thoughts in a very unordered manner.
Philosophical quote for/from me: Live life to the fullest, to the best extent you can and never regret a decision. When reflecting back on your life your first thought shouldn’t never begin with: “Only if I have had done this and this differently”.
